The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) mediated the transfer of two patients from Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) to Armenia on January 4, the Ministry of Healthcare of Artsakh said in a statement.
One of the patients has brain tumor and the other ocular melanoma.
The patients were taken to specialized hospitals in Armenia.
Nagorno-Karabakh remains blockaded by Azerbaijan for already 24 days.
