Due to the blocking by Azerbaijan of the only road connecting Artsakh to Armenia, three patients from "Republican Medical Center" CJSC of the Artsakh Ministry of Health: "valvular heart disease, marked insufficiency of mitral and aortic valves", "heart rhythm disorder, atrial fibrillation - paroxysmal form" and "left Invasive non-specific breast carcinoma, endometriosis, cervical cancer" diagnoses, were under the supervision of doctors for days.
With the mediation and escort of the International Committee of the Red Cross, the three patients were transferred to different specialized medical centers of Armenia today.
