Garo Paylan, Armenian member of the Turkish Parliament, member of the People's Democratic Party, appealed to President of Turkey Recep Tayyip Erdogan to "take responsibility for ending the blockade of Nagorno-Karabakh", reports the Istanbul-based Armenian ‘Agos’ periodical.
“Establishment of peace and tranquility in the Caucasus, prevention of conflicts and tension is also in Turkey's interests. If we all take responsibility for the elimination of the humanitarian crisis in Nagorno-Karabakh, we can return to a positive agenda both in the Azerbaijan-Armenia peace process and in the Turkey-Armenia settlement process,” Paylan said.
