An air-raid siren has been declared in a number of eastern and central regions of Ukraine, as well as in Kyiv and Kharkiv, RIA Novosti reports.
President Zelensky's office announced a missile attack on Kharkiv. The mayor of Kharkiv, Igor Terekhov, urged the residents of the city to stay in shelters, and an air bombardment warning was announced in the region.
