The President of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, for the first time publicly spoke about the developments around the Lachin Corridor and again blamed Armenia, the international community, and, as he said, “Armenia's patrons”.
According to Aliyev, the created situation “caused anti-Azerbaijani hysteria not only in Armenia, but also among Armenia's foreign patrons, who started a slanderous campaign against our country.”
According to the President of Azerbaijan, “Another provocation against Baku is being prepared at the UN.”
