Azerbaijan's official sources, describing the statements of the Armenian side about closing the road connecting Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) to Armenia as false and untrue, have published a video to prove that claim, in which it is seen how cars of the International Red Cross pass through the blocked road in the presence of Azerbaijanis and many cameras. This was stated in the message of the Artsakh prosecutor's office.
“How that video refutes the statements of the Armenian side about taking Artsakh under siege is unclear, but it undeniably documents the following - the only road connecting Artsakh to Armenia, guaranteed by the trilateral statement of November 9, 2020 is a “humanitarian road used at certain intervals” by representatives of the Red Cross Committee.
So, since December 12, 2022 the provision of the November 9, 2020 trilateral statement continue to be violated, and the obligations stipulated by them, are unfulfilled," the message says.
