Frank Pallone, member of the House of Representatives of the United States Congress, informed on his Twitter microblog that the spending part of the US budget project for the fiscal year 2023 provides for $60 million in economic aid to Armenia.
“I’m pleased that the federal spending bill includes an unprecedented $60 million in economic assistance for Armenia and $2 million for demining activities in Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh). This will help Armenia bolster its economic development, energy independence, and rule of law,” Pallone tweeted.
Yesterday, the House of Representatives of the US Congress approved the spending part of the country's 2023 fiscal year budget project.
