Edmon Marukyan, Armenia’s Ambassador-at-Large, on his Twitter microblog, referred to the post of Hikmet Hajiyev, assistant to the President of Azerbaijan, in which the latter stated that the Stepanakert-Goris road is open for civilians and for humanitarian purposes.
“Hikmet Hajiyev shows the ICRC vehicles passing through the Lachin Corridor. Azerbaijani leadership by drumming it up as an act of humanism, confirms that Nagorno Karabakh is in a deep humanitarian crisis, the Lachin Corridor is blocked by Azerbaijan and ONLY Red Cross has access,” Marukyan tweeted.
