The message spread by the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan that, allegedly, on December 17, around 09:05, the units of the Defense Army opened fire in the direction of the Azerbaijani positions, is disinformation, the press service of the Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) Defense Army reports.
