A while ago, the European Court made a decision regarding the request to apply interim measures submitted by Armenia yesterday, the Office of the Representative of Armenia on International Legal Matters reports.
The court decided to give Azerbaijan time until Monday, December 19, at 4:00 p.m. (French time) to send a response to Armenia's request, after which the court will make a final decision.
On Wednesday, Armenia informed the Court about the blockade of the Berdzor (Lachin) Corridor by Azerbaijan and the violation of the rights of the Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) people.
At the same time, Armenia requested ECHR to indicate interim measures against Azerbaijan and obligate Azerbaijan to unblock the Berdzor Corridor.
