Azerbaijan sent a note to Russia. Official Baku accuses Russia that the Russian peacekeepers deployed in Artsakh did not fulfill the agreement and did not ensure the tour of Azerbaijani ‘environmentalists’ in the mines of Kashen and Drmbon.
Ayhan Gajizade, head of the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan, described the extraction of natural resources in Artsakh as ‘illegal’, noting that the Russian peacekeeping force did not take any steps to stop this activity.
