In the framework of TRT World Forum 2022, Toivo Klaar, EU Special Representative for the South Caucasus and the crisis in Georgia, met with Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu in Istanbul. He informed about this in his Twitter.
“Believe Turkey has much to offer to support comprehensive settlement between Armenia and Azerbaijan,” Klaar wrote.
