The message spread by the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan that, allegedly, on December 3 around 4:30 p.m., the units of the Defense Army of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) opened fire in the direction of the Azerbaijani positions located in the occupied territories of the Martuni region of the Republic of Artsakh, is another piece of disinformation. The Ministry of Defense of Artsakh reported this.
