The 29th meeting of the OSCE Ministerial Council is commencing in Łódź, Poland. The Foreign Minister of Armenia Ararat Mirzoyan, who is leading the Armenian delegation, was welcomed by OSCE Chairman-in-Office, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Poland, Zbigniew Rau.
