Edmon Marukyan, Armenia’s Ambassador-at-Large referred to the use of name “Nagorno Karabakh” and other Armenian names by Russian Peace keeping forces.
“November 9, 2020 trilateral statement stipulates 3 key realities: existence of the Nagorno Karabakh entity, existence of the contact line and existence of the Lachin Corridor guaranteeing connection between Nagorno Karabakh and Armenia. Therefore it’s legally justified for Russia to use Nagorno Karabakh place names”, Marukyan Tweeted.
