Azerbaijan isn’t willing to meet in Brussels and the excuse is the presence of Emmanuel Macron, Armenia’s Ambassador-at-Large Edmon Marukyan tweeted.
“Meanwhile last night they opened fire from firearms of various calibers towards the Armenian positions, as a true sign of “peace” offered to Armenia,” Marukyan stated.
