As part of the events dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Armenia and India, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Armenia will hold from November 27 to 29 the first international conference, entitled ‘Armenia-India: New Incentives for Millennial relations’.
The event will include these four thematic platforms:
1) Historical connections: Centuries long cooperation.
2) Armenia and India in the framework of global and regional developments.
3) Flexible friendship in changing geopolitics: Armenia-India bilateral relations.
4) Perspectives of multidimensional bilateral cooperation.
The speakers of the event will be Armenia’s Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Mnatsakan Safaryan, Professor Peter Cowie of the Armenian Studies Center named after Narekatsi, Doctor of International Relations, Armen Baiburdyan, the first Ambassador of Armenia to India, Academician of RA NAS, Professor, Advisor to the Director of the Institute of Oriental Studies of RA NAS, Ruben Safrastyan, former Indian Ambassador to Armenia Reena Pandey and others.
