During the joint session of the CSTO Council of Foreign Ministers, the Council of Defense Ministers and the Committee of Secretaries of the Security Council, CSTO Secretary General Stanislav Zas presented the project of the Collective Security Council (CSC).
“One of the important tasks of the organization remains to face the security challenges and threats of the CSTO member states. Today, the draft decision of the National Security Council on granting the status of a permanent action to the ‘Mercenary’ operational-preventive measures complex was included in the agenda of the session, which was submitted for your approval,” said Zas.
