“On Nov 21 the units of the Azerbaijani Armed Forces violated the ceasefire in a number of directions, firing at both the military positions of the Artsakh Defense Forces and a tractor carrying out agricultural work near Machkalashen village of Martuni region, Nagorno-Karabakh. The command staff of the Russian peacekeeping contingent in Artsakh is informed of the ceasefire violation”, Artsakh (Nagorno Karabakh) Defense Army reports.
The Army said, the Azerbaijani Ministry of Defense has spread another disinformation that on Nov 21, from 16:50pm to Nov 22, 01:05 am the units of Defense Forces opened fire in the direction of the Azerbaijani military positions located in the occupied territories of the Martuni region of the Artsakh Republic.
