The press secretary of the Russian President, Dmitry Peskov, said that the Kremlin is not discussing the possibility of a second wave of military mobilization in the Russian Federation, at the same time, “Russia wants to achieve its goals through a special military operation and will achieve them.”
“The change of power in Kyiv is not the goal of the special operation, and Russia itself will look for those who shot Russian prisoners of war, they must be found and punished,” said Peskov.
Speaking about the upcoming meetings of the Russian President, the Kremlin spokesperson also noted that Vladimir Putin is planning to have a separate meeting with Armenia’s Prime Minister Pashinyan on November 23, within the framework of the CSTO summit, and he is also planning to participate in the EAEU summit to be held in Bishkek.
