Artsakh’s (Nagorno-Karabakh) Defense Ministry has refuted the reports of the Azerbaijani side claiming that units of the Defense Army opened fire in the direction of the Azerbaijani positions located in the occupied territories of the Martuni region of the Republic of Artsakh on the evening of November 18.
Artsakh’s Defense Ministry dismissed it as “another piece of disinformation.”
