Azerbaijan's actions should not go unpunished, diplomatic efforts should be made. Member of the French Senate, Bruno Retailleau, announced this.
According to him, international forces should be deployed in the territory of Armenia and Nagorno-Karabakh, it is necessary to provide defensive weapons so that Armenia and Nagorno-Karabakh can defend themselves.
“Today, Armenia needs our help, we must remain faithful to the centuries-old friendship between our countries. The Armenian people are a small but brave people,” the Senator noted.
Bruno Retailleau announced this during the discussion of the resolution that began in the French Senate, calling for the immediate withdrawal of the armed forces of Azerbaijan from the occupied territories of Armenia, ensuring the implementation of the ceasefire agreement of November 9, 2020, and imposing sanctions against Azerbaijan.
