Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba announced at the summit of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations that he is ready to discuss the possibility of a personal meeting with his Russian counterpart Sergey Lavrov, if he receives such an offer from him.
Earlier, Lavrov announced that the Russian leadership is ready to hold talks on Ukraine. According to him, Moscow is ready to listen to the partners of the West, if they propose to organize a discussion on easing the tension, taking into account the interests of the Russian side.
Dmitry Peskov, for his part, expressed the opinion that negotiations on Ukraine should be conducted first of all with Washington.
