Chair of Standing Delegation for Relations with the South Caucasus in the European Parliament, Marina Kalyurand, wrote on her Twitter:
“Two years ago, the 2nd Nagorno-Karabakh war ended with a ceasefire agreement. It hasn’t solved the conflict – only negotiations can. The EU and US mediation is becoming more and more important. Fair peace agreement that will guarantee rights and security of Nagorno-Karabakh people is needed.”
