The construction of a new neighborhood for residents displaced by the war continues in the Ivanyan community of Askeran region, Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh). ‘Hayastan’ All-Armenian Fund reports this.
The residential complex will consist of 86 private houses with 2, 3 and 4 rooms.
