The Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation confirmed the shooting of the Azerbaijani Armed Forces soldiers on November 5, 2022 in the bulletin about the activities of the Russian peacekeeping forces in the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict zone.
They were addressed to K. Martirosyan, a resident of Stepanakert (born in 1969), who at that time was working with his tractor in the administrative district of Khramort village, on the so-called 100 hectares of land.
According to the press service of the Russian peacekeeping force, the command is conducting an investigation with the Azerbaijani side regarding this fact.
