The Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) informs that on November 5, the Askeran regional department of the police received information that around 12:30, a resident of Stepanakert K. Martirosyan (born in 1969) was working with a ‘Belarus’ tractor in the administrative territory of Khramort village in the area called "100 hectares" owned by M. Arakelyan, when fire was opened by rifle weapons from the adjacent Azerbaijani combat position at them.
The windshield of the tractor and the steering control panel were broken by the shots fired.
The data was transferred to the Russian peacekeeping troops.
