At the joint session of the Parliament committees, Deputy Foreign Minister of Armenia Paruyr Hovhannisyan, speaking about the interaction between Armenia and the EU, noted that the withdrawal of the Azerbaijani armed forces from the sovereign territory of Armenia and the final settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict remain among the priority issues on the agenda.
"Among the priority issues of the cooperation agenda for Armenia, work in such directions as the activation of political dialogue, the elimination of various consequences of the aggression unleashed against Armenia and Artsakh, the final settlement of the conflict, and the provision of humanitarian aid continue to remain.
At the same time, the deepening of sectoral cooperation with the European Union and all EU structures, the full implementation of the obligations assumed by legal documents, the expansion of the legal-contractual field and the overcoming of economic shocks are among the primary issues", said the deputy minister.
