The issue of the unblocking of regional economic and transportation infrastructures is one of the main directions of the negotiations and is a very important part of the comprehensive settlement, Foreign Minister of Armenia Ararat Mirzoyan said during the joint session of the parliamentary standing committees on draft state budget of Armenia for 2023.
“I must state that the latest meetings and statements show that no one doubts the fact that the possible roads or transportation infrastructures to be unblocked or supposedly to be built will be entirely under the sovereignty and territory integrity of the countries through which they pass”, the Foreign Minister stated.
“I can highlight the constructiveness of the Armenian side here as well, and I must also record the non-constructiveness of the Azerbaijani and other concerned sides”, Ararat Mirzoyan said.
