Two important changes are expected in Armenia in 2023, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said today, adding that a Ministry of Interior and a Foreign Intelligence Service will be created in the Republic.
“The two legislative packages will soon be approved by the government and submitted to the parliament. I consider the creation of the Foreign Intelligence Service highly important.
But I also want to state that as a result of many discussions we came to a conclusion that the activity of the Foreign Intelligence Service must not be within the logic of the activity of our state administrative agencies, otherwise, it will lose its meaning,” the PM said during the joint session of the parliamentary standing committees dedicated to the debate of the 2023 state budget draft.
