Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amir Abdollahian had a telephone conversation with Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu. The officials discussed regional and international issues of bilateral interest.
Çavuşoğlu welcomed the process of dialogue between Iran and Azerbaijan and emphasized that the two countries are friends of Turkey, ISNA agency reported.
He also condemned the terrorist attack in Shiraz and noted that Ankara was and will be with Iran in the fight against terrorism.
