On October 31, the RA NA President Alen Simonyan received the delegation led by the Assistant Administrator in the Bureau for Europe and Eurasia (E&E) at USAID, Erin Elizabeth Mckee.
At the meeting, Issues related to the continuity of Parliament-USAID cooperation were discussed. The RA NA President noted that the US has a very important place in the political and economic life of Armenia, and added that Armenia is interested in deeper involvement by the US in ensuring the security and economic development of our country.
The colleagues talked about prospective programs and projects in the strengthening of democratic institutions in Armenia.
