Ruben Rubinyan, Deputy Speaker of Parliament of Armenia received Garo Paylan, member of the Turkish Parliament, in Armenia’s National Assembly.
"I happily hosted our brother Garo Paylan in the National Assembly. We discussed the Armenia-Turkey settlement process," he wrote on Facebook.
