On October 26, Armenia's Deputy Foreign Minister Paruyr Hovhannisyan received the needs assessment mission of the OSCE led by the representative of Poland in the OSCE, Colonel Robert Tkaczyk, for the purpose of concluding discussions.
Welcoming the members of the mission, the Deputy Foreign Minister thanked the mission for visiting all regions affected by Azerbaijani aggression.
The members of the mission presented the work they did, the meetings with the regional leaders and the commanders of Armenia's Armed Forces corps and the damages recorded as a result of the attack.
The Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Armenia emphasized the involvement of the OSCE as a pan-European security organization in the prevention and settlement of conflicts.
