The latest Azerbaijani aggression against Armenia was discussed during the 34th congress of Europe region of the Parliamentary Assembly of La Francophonie (APF). The discussion was held in Barcelona in an emergency procedure. It was included in the agenda on the spot by the decision of the council of the chairmen of delegations, Armenian MP Arman Yeghoyan said on social media.
He informed that the Armenian delegation already presented all the details of the situation during the plenary sessions.
“It was obvious to me that there is a major increase in focus towards the issue among all delegations. We heard clear words of support from the parliamentarians of France, Switzerland, Belgium, Luxembourg and Greece, as well as from APF representatives”, he said. Yeghoyan informed that the French Senate will debate the resolution condemning Azerbaijani aggression on November 14.
