Jonathan Lacôte, former French ambassador to Armenia referred to the decision by OSCE to send a needs assessment delegation to Armenia for monitoring the Armenia-Azerbaijan border situation.
“Two days after the decision to deploy an EU monitoring mission, OSCE decides to send a needs assessment mission to Armenia in the regions bordering with Azerbaijan.
The decision marks the result of European and Foreign Affairs Minister Catherine Kolonna's steps following Azerbaijan's armed attacks on Armenian territory.
The deployment of this OSCE mission will have an additional investment in the translation of Armenia's security and territorial integrity”, former French ambassador to Armenia said in a Facebook post.
