Pressure on Iran from the US and Israel has increased, but they do not have enough strength to split the country, Ali Akbar Velayati advisor on international affairs to the leader and spiritual leader of Iran Ayatollah Ali Khamenei told Al Mayadeen TV channel.
“The US and Israel are not strong enough to split Iran, the great Iranian people will not allow this. However, they increased the pressure because they saw that Iran is developing despite the sanctions, and that we have the first and last word in the region” Velayati said.
