Hayastan All Armenian Fund is building 20 apartment buildings with 240 apartments and 86 houses in Ivanyan community of Askeran region, Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh).
The construction works for the construction of the houses are in the final stage and will be put into operation only after the improvement works of the area and provision of infrastructure.
