NATO will soon supply Ukraine with hundreds of pieces of equipment to combat unmanned aerial vehicles. As NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg said, speaking at the Berlin Foreign Policy Forum, these are hundreds of active jamming stations.
Earlier, Aleksey Arestovich, adviser to the head of the office of the President of Ukraine, said that the Russian side had found the “key” to the Ukrainian missile defense system. According to him, now the Russian Federation allegedly intends to force the air defense of Ukraine to release all the missile stock available to Kyiv during drone attacks.
He suggests that drones can attack without interruption for two to three months. At the same time, Kyiv’s missile stock is 2.4 thousand pieces.
Stoltenberg added that the risk of using nuclear weapons against Ukraine is small, but the alliance should take this threat seriously.
Stoltenberg also referred to the possibility of Georgia joining NATO.
“Tbilisi can count more on NATO’s support if it focuses on the implementation of necessary reforms and responds to the alliance’s concerns about corruption and public oversight of security agencies,” the Secretary General stated.
