Armenia-Norway cooperation is based on common values and democratic principles, Armenia's Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan said during a press conference with Norway's Minister of Foreign Affairs Anniken Hütfeldt.
"After a break of more than ten years, this is the first high-level visit of the Norwegian official to Armenia. We appreciate the presence of the Foreign Minister of friendly Norway in Yerevan, especially in the current period full of many challenges, which is definitely a sign of Norway's solidarity with the Armenian people. Noteworthily, your visit is taking place in the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Armenia and Norway", Mirzoyan said.
In this context, Mirzoyan noted that he highly appreciates Norway's support for the reforms implemented by the RA government and efforts aimed at strengthening democratic institutions.
