The purpose of my visit is, first of all, is to express Norway's readiness to support the Armenian people. Norwegian Foreign Minister Anniken Huitfeldt said during today's press conference.
"We had extensive discussions with the Armenian Foreign Minister, I reaffirmed Norway's readiness to support the establishment of Armenia's sovereignty and the preservation of territorial integrity within internationally recognized borders", Huitfeldt said.
She mentioned that the ministers also discussed the preparations for the peace treaty between Armenia and Azerbaijan, as well as the rapprochement between Armenia and Turkey.
