The EU will send 40 monitoring experts to the Armenian-Azerbaijani border. Vice President of the European Commission, High Representative of the EU for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Josep Borrell informed this.
“The EU is fully committed to contribute to sustainable peace in the South Caucasus. We are setting up a monitoring capacity along the Armenian - Azerbaijan border and deploying 40 monitoring experts to build confidence in an unstable situation, putting lives at risk,” Borrell tweeted.
