President of the European Council, Charles Michel, wrote on his Twitter microblog:
“Welcome rapid deployment of monitoring capacity in Armenia along its international border with Azerbaijan following meeting with Azerbaijani President, Nikol Pashinyan and Emmanuel Macron. Will help build confidence and allow EU to better support border commissions which will convene shortly in Brussels.”
