If any country is eager to engage with us on Armenia and Azerbaijan and help us to get to a peaceful resolution, we certainly would welcome that.

" But we have not seen any kind of effort from Russia as you might be referring to," the diplomat noted, answering the question of whether the US is concerned that Russia may obstruct the peace process between Armenia and Azerbaijan mediated by the West.
Patel also added that he has no information about the possible visit of the US Co-Chair of the OSCE Minsk Group, Senior Adviser on Caucasus Negotiations, Ambassador Philip Reeker to the region.
