Russian President Vladimir Putin invited Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev to meet in Russia, RIA Novosti reports.
“I am happy to invite both the leader of Azerbaijan and the Prime Minister of Armenia. You can agree on the date and, as I understood, now there is an interest to meet in Russia," the Russian President said at the CIS summit.
Putin stated that it could be any city - Sochi, Moscow, St. Petersburg, “anywhere, anytime.”
Earlier, the assistant of the Russian President, Yuri Ushakov, said that Russia intends to offer Armenia and Azerbaijan to hold another trilateral summit, and it is planned to agree on its dates in the near future.
