The Russian Foreign Ministry issued a statement regarding the results of the meeting of the foreign ministers of Russia, Azerbaijan and Armenia.
“The ministers held a substantive discussion on the issue of unblocking economic and transport communications in the region, which is implemented by the trilateral working group under the co-chairmanship of the deputy prime ministers of Russia, Azerbaijan and Armenia,” the statement said.
According to the source, issues related to the delimitation of the Armenian-Azerbaijani border with the advisory support of Russia, as well as the dialogue of civil society representatives and experts of the three countries were also discussed.
“Special attention was paid to the process of negotiations on the signing of a peace treaty between Azerbaijan and Armenia,” the statement of the Russian Foreign Ministry reads.
