Norway is deeply disturbed by reports and video footage of Azerbaijani soldiers executing unarmed Armenian prisoners, Norwegian Ambassador to Armenia Helene Sand Andresen wrote about this in her Twitter.
“There must be a full and impartial investigation, those responsible held to account. Encouraged by ongoing hi-level diplomatic activity to stabilize the situation,” the diplomat wrote.
