Spanish Member of Parliament Jon Inarritu described the extrajudicial executions of Armenian prisoners of war by Azeri troops as “barbarism of the Azerbaijani regime” and addressed President of the European Commission Ursula von der Leyen who called Azerbaijan a "reliable, trustworthy partner" after signing an energy deal in July.
“Once again, the barbarism of the Azerbaijani regime. Is this the people with whom you signed agreements and consider reliable partners, Mrs. von der Leyen?” MP Inarritu tweeted.
