The German member of the European Parliament, Viola von Cramon-Taubadel commented on the recent tweet of Toivo Klaar, EU Special Representative in the South Caucasus, demanding sanctions against Azerbaijani war criminals.
“We already know about other cases of torture in Azerbaijani prisons, we know those who are involved in them. We know their names - we urgently need individual sanctions against these criminals,” von Cramon-Taubadel wrote.
