Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov emphasized the role of the CIS (Commonwealth of Independent States) in settling the Armenian-Azerbaijani conflict.
"The CIS can help to settle the situation between Baku and Yerevan," Lavrov said, RIA Novosti reports.
